What is 360 Advantage?

360 Advantage is a preventive care management program that will  provide you relevant health information via text message if you choose  to enroll. This program does not impact any of the existing health benefits that the Township offers and this is not an open enrollment for those programs. Employees that enroll in the program will be provided with a benefits budget to purchase additional insurance products that will be funded through tax savings that will have NO NET CHANGE to their paycheck. At a minimum, employees who enroll must complete one  survey per year that is sent via text message, in order to stay in  compliance and receive the additional benefits.
